Return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. These terms apply globally.
Sale items
Items purchased on sale are not returnable and are not eligible under this refund policy.
Resolution options
When you contact us about a return or product issue, you can choose one of the following:
- Send the item back & full refund — return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
- Keep the item & 20% refund — keep the product and receive 20% of the purchase amount back
- Keep the item & 25% discount code — keep the product and receive a 25% discount code that can be used across the entire site
Refunds
- Unopened and unused — full refund of the product price when the item is returned
- Opened or used — may be subject to depreciation; see the keep-item options above where applicable
- Unclaimed packages — automatic refund minus a € 25 handling fee
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your receipt until the return is processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the product you prefer, or choose one of the keep-item options above.
